About the House

Deer Forest Residence was built in 2018 as a brand-new luxury timber house designed to meet every expectation.

Our residence is one of the most beautiful and exclusive properties in the Somogy region, in Inner Somogy, Kaszó.

This is one of the most colorful natural areas in Hungary and even Central Europe: vast shaded forests, the unique Baláta Lake with exceptional wildlife, and countless natural treasures in southern Hungary.

From the very first design phase, we created the house to meet the highest quality standards: fully equipped, with two modern bathrooms, four comfortable rooms, spacious common areas, and premium comfort extras.

Luxury Equipment

  • Premium timber house, 270 sqm
  • Fully equipped kitchen with luxury porcelain and quality cutlery for 12 guests
  • Premium category beds with bio-mattresses and pure cotton bed linen
  • Flat-screen Bang and Olufsen television
  • Free Wi-Fi, world radio channel
  • Original Italian pizza oven
  • Bang and Olufsen hi-fi system
  • Wine cooler with quality wines and sparkling wines
  • Humidor with original Cuban cigars
  • Fireplace
  • Outdoor grill and bacon-roasting area

All rooms are air-conditioned, and the building’s cooling and heating are perfectly adjusted to every season.
